Devotee terms & conditions
Luxury Hair Spa (Derby) Limited (“Eye Candy”) operates a client loyalty programme (“Devotee”, “the Programme”), where clients of Eye Candy are awarded points when purchasing eligible products and services.

1. Who is eligible to join Devotee?
1.1 You are deemed a client after you have purchased one eligible service from Eye Candy.
1.2 The client must complete a registration card to join Devotee and will be automatically registered as a member, unless they opt out.
1.3 Any client can leave the Programme at anytime.
1.4 A client cannot be a member of Devotee and obtain student discount or any other regular discount or incentive scheme.

2 How points are credited
2.1 A client will automatically start collecting points as soon as they are registered as a member of Devotee.
2.2 A client will receive 1 Devotee point for every GBP 20.00 that they spend at Eye Candy (spend is the amount payable for products and services, excluding VAT and discounts).
2.3 Part points (to one decimal place) are awarded but the nearest whole point will show on your receipt.
2.4 Devotee points are not eligible on the sale of gift vouchers / certificates, but are eligible when gift vouchers / certificates are redeemed.

2.6 Devotee points can only be redeemed against products and services at Eye Candy and are not transferable.
2.7 Devotee points can only be redeemed at the Eye Candy hair studio where they where awarded.
2.8 A Devotee points balance will be printed at the foot of each receipt.

3 General terms and conditions
3.1 Employees of Eye Candy or any of its subsidiary companies are not eligible to join Devotee or take part in any of the special offers that are advertised on this website.
3.2 Eye Candy reserves the right to withhold points or cancel points at its absolute discretion.
3.3 Eye Candy reserves the right to remove a client as a member of Devotee at its absolute discretion.
3.4 Eye Candy reserves the right to vary the points awarded absolutely and without notice.
3.5 Eye Candy reserves the right to terminate the Devotee programme at any time and without notice.

4. Student discount
4.1Student discount is available to eligible full-time students on production of satisfactory proof of student status, such as a valid NUS card.
4.2 Student discount is available Tuesday to Thursday (inclusive) before 5:00pm.
4.3 Student discount cannot be taken in conjunction with any other promotion, special offer or discount and can be withdraw without notice.

5 Colour Tuesday
5.1 Colour Tuesday is available every Tuesday except Tuesdays that fall in the month of December; and enables existing clients to benefit from 50% discount on selected colour services (see in salon for further details).
5.2 Colour Tuesday is not available in conjunction with any other promotion, special offer or discount.

6 "2for1" Offer
6.1 The 2for1 offer entitles the a complimentary service on purchase of a service. The complimentary service cannot exceed value of the paid for service unless the client pays the difference.
6.2 To be eligible for the 2for1 offer, at least one of the clients must be a new client of Eye Candy (one that has not previously paid for a service); therefore the offer cannnot be redeemed on the same client.
6.3 The 2for1 offer is not available in conjunction with any other promotion, special offer or discount; and can be withdrawn at the absolute discretion of Eye Candy and without notice.
6.4 The 2for1 offer is subject to availability and is only available Tuesday to Thursday before 5:00pm on selected stylists.

7 Refer a Friend
7.1 You will receive a £10 credit towards future services with Eye Candy for every friend that you refer to us. The friend must have received and paid for the service and not merely booked.
7.2 You may refer as many friends as you wish, and for each qualifying referal you will receive £10 up to a maximum of £200; you may only reclaim £10 off any one particular service and the discount is not available on products.
7.3 Eye Candy will send you an SMS text once your friend has been in to see us, however given the nature of technology we cannot guarantee that this text will be sent or received.
7.4 Eye Candy reserves the right to vary or cancel this promotion at its absolutely discretion; including cancelling any credits that you have accrued but not taken.
7.5 The £10 credit is not transferable and the cash redemption value is GBP 000.1.
